I am a well versed Emmy Award winning story teller who has taken on the role of anchor, reporter, producer, photographer, and editor. I was the recipient of a 2012 NY Emmy for best "Health" feature and a 2011 NY Emmy for best "Societal Concerns" feature. A total 12 of my stories over the past 4 years have been nominated for NY Emmy Awards. I have also been nominated for the 2011 Emmy for the craft category of best On Camera Feature Reporter. My passion is putting a human face to current issues.

I graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in English and Art History. After graduating with my M.S.J from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism I was a one man band reporter at NY1 in NYC, writing my own stories, shooting my own video, producing the pieces, and editing them myself on Avid and Final Cut.

At News 12 I was the general assignment reporter and was responsible for daily packages and live shots on whatever story assigned. At News 12 I won various awards such as an Aurora, Associated Press Awards, Society of Professional Journalists honors, etc. At MSG Varsity I wrote and anchored the nightly sports highlight show. I won my 2 NY Emmy's for feature's I wrote, produced, and reported for this show.

I've worked as an anchor and reporter for The Daily, the former Newscorp iPad app, and as a host at the US Open for the USTA.
